ITIL accredited Service Manager with over 9 years experience managing and leading IT support teams. Recent roles have included IT Operations Manager at SKY Network Television in New Zealand, implementing ITIL processes and a new Service Desk and tool, and a DHB where I ensured delivery of pre-designed ITIL processes and performed reviews of existing process.
Previously I had experience in managing a global team of over 40 people across the UK and India, supporting Xansa's IT infrastructure, managing the UK Infrastructure and ICT budgets and managing many suppliers to Xansa.
