John Clark is the Managing Director of ICCM Solutions in the United States. ICCM is a U.K. based IT Service Management solution provider delivering BPM enabled technology solutions, consultancy and training to a diverse range of small, medium and enterprise wide and global organizations. ICCM was established in the late 1990’s with a core objective of providing innovative, high quality software and services to organizations aspiring to Best Practice Service Management.

Prior to joining ICCM, John was an ITSM Solutions Consultant for Five9 Technologies and Solution Architect for Hewlett-Packard Consulting & Integration. He has lead and been involved with many Fortune 500 IT Service Management programs, which included developing roadmaps, and designing, modifying and implementing IT Service Management processes. While at HP, John was among one of the main resources in the development and collection of Intellectual Property used for the HP ITSM Reference Model. He has presented at industry events such as itSMf, HP Software Universe and Forums, as well as ProForma/Metastorm conferences. John is Service Manager certified(v2), and V3 Foundations certified, holds a Bachelors of Business in Information Systems degree from the University of Cincinnati, and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Xavier University.
