10 Outsourcing trends for 2010

I must say that 2009 wasn't that bad for us - we gained new outsources mainly because of satisfied clients, who recommended our services to new prospects. If we counted on external marketing campaigns, things could have been very different.

2010 looks good - we are optimistic about it and hope to acquire new accounts. So I think good forecasts presented here are a sign of bright future ahead not only for us, but whole industry.
