All you have reason exactly many confusion exists in our clients when there ask us which are the certified companies.

Immediately we must ask it them it depends if the accreditation is granted by ITSMF UK or not.

For example in Spain only there appear 3 companies certified in the list of the ITSMF UK but we know that there exist more certified by other RCBs.

Antonio is right. However, many companies have been certified against multiple schemes. What we lack is a unified list of all certified organizations, and the scheme against which they have been certified. This is not easy to create because, in fact, anyone can go into the business of certifying a company against ISO/IEC 20000. This just underlines the desirability of a single, universally recognized certification scheme.

Well... in fact this is the official list of those companies that have been certified by the itSMF certification schema... not the only one!
