"ITIL V3 shies away from the whole concept of processes. They are avoided and obfuscated, sometimes called elements, jumbled up with functions. And most of all, the "complete" lists are all different! in an effort to get a grasp on this, here is the IT Skeptic's cross reference of them all and hence the resulting IT Skeptic's unofficial list of ITIL v3 processes (ta daaah!)"

After you've done all that, you can build the work procedures, but ITIL doesn't cover them, only MOF does (...I think, I'm about to find out by using MOF in anger for the first time)
