In a great Forrester blog, the current state of ITIL is analyzed. It seems to be a matter of love and hate. Can't live with it, can't live without it. Yet, we're definitely not satisfied with the deliverables of the average iTIL project. Where is the solution, Stephen Mann asks? It's obvious that the Low Countries are not on Forrester's radar....
