2009 Was a year of highs and lows in the IT outsourcing industry. Consolidation among vendors and interest in remote infrastructure management increased, while the outsourcing demand and IT services pricing decreased.

Industry watchers say that the market for IT outsourcing is expected to rebound somewhat in 2010. CIO.com has composed a list of 10 trends to look out for in the IT services industry.

I must say that 2009 wasn't that bad for us - we gained new outsources mainly because of satisfied clients, who recommended our services to new prospects. If we counted on external marketing campaigns, things could have been very different.

2010 looks good - we are optimistic about it and hope to acquire new accounts. So I think good forecasts presented here are a sign of bright future ahead not only for us, but whole industry.
