Essential
* BE/MCA with 5-8yrs relevant experience or BSc/BCA with 7-10yrs relevant experience
* Strong Infrastructure background
* Familiarity with application development techniques and application monitoring
* Experience in leading a team of technical specialists at a Data Centre or Global Network Operations Centre
* ITIL Foundation Certification
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Knowledge of operations reporting, management reporting, business reporting
* Knowledge of SLA/OLA Management
* Only Indian nationals residing in India may apply

Role/Responsibilities
* Monitor team and adhere to standard processes.
* Monitor event activity across various infrastructure platforms and ensure appropriate action is taken in timely fashion and according to standard process. Co-ordinate major incidents, prioritize incidents, distribute relevant information to all concerned. Co-ordinate, allocate, manage and monitor intra-team activities. Address customer queries related to incidents.
* Handle application related events. Correlate impact of infrastructure events to applications. Conceptual knowledge of application structure for major applications. Documentation of application structures and dependencies. Participation in application modeling. Maintain network of contacts within application development teams.
* Propose quality, security and efficiency improvements. Work according to standard processes. Work on process automation.
