On the sixth day of ITIL my CIO gave to me 6 phone lines ringing, 5 big fat books, 4 software vendors, 3 days of training, 2 months to do it, a mandate to improve IT

On the seventh day of ITIL my CIO gave to me 7 project managers, 6 phone lines ringing, 5 big fat books, 4 software vendors, 3 days of training, 2 months to do it, a mandate to improve IT
