Stéphane Cortina is a R&D Engineer at Public Research Centre Henri Tudor (Luxembourg) since 2007. He holds a Master in Software Engineering from the University Joseph Fourier of Grenoble, France. He is also ISO/IEC 15504 Assessor, member of Luxembourg chapter of itSMF and of ILNAS (The Luxembourg Institute for Normalization, Accreditation, Product Safety and Quality). At CRP Henri Tudor, he is involved on research projects related to normalization, IT Service Management, process assessment and improvement, and he is particularly concerned with the development and adoption of TIPA.
Stéphane is one of the co-author of the book “ITSM Process Assessment Supporting ITIL®” (Van Haren ISBN : 978 90 8753 564 3) available since end 2009.
